Iron Hill Challenge

The IRON HILL Challenge is a part of the Mid-Atlantic Super Series and the USA Cycling American Mountain Bike Challenge (AMBC) as well as Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship (MARC) race. This year we are also the Delaware State Championship race. In addition to offering cross-country and endurance classes on a classic East Coast MTB course, the Iron Hill Challenge is also hosting a 5K run that will be the first race of the 2012 Trail Creek Outfitters Race Series.

MASS - Mid-Atlantic Super Series ( details here ...) Check out the series details. Info from their website....the M.A.S.S. has all the traditional types of races you would expect from a premier series such as cross-country races, 4 to 6 hour endurance races and 50 mile marathons the M.A.S.S. also has things you would not expect in a series such as a team relay competition, a 12 hour race and a night race.

 

AMBC - USA Cycling dates and venues for its 2012 American Mountain Bike Challenge (AMBC) ( details here ...) All AMBC events will serve as qualifiers for the USA Cycling Mountain Bike Cross-Country National Championships.

MARC - 2013&14 MTB National Championships Coming to the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship (MARC) Series Finals Venue! The National Champs will be held at Bear Creek Resort, just south of Allentown, PA, so come on out to the MARC series races and prepare/qualify for next year! Plus maybe get a good finish in the 2012 official Mid-Atlantic Championships.

The Greenbrier Challenge race is the first of the 4-state, 4-race series:

• Apr 29, 2012, Greenbrier Challenge, MD ; AMBC, Qualifier for 2012 Nationals, MD State Championships, and Junior National Race Series
• May 6, Iron Hill Challenge, DE ; Qualifier for 2012 Nationals, DE State Championships, and Junior National Race Series
• July 15, Bulldog Rump, NJ ; Qualifier for 2013 Nationals in PA, and H2H Series race
• Aug 12, Bear Creek Challenge, PA ; Qualifier for 2013 Nationals in PA, MARC Finals, and PA State Championships, plus Short Track and Super-D Regionals
